Refunds policy

Nexvoria follows a strict No-Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy applies to all services, engagements, and payments made to Nexvoria through our website, invoices, proposals, or direct communication.

1. Nature of Services

Nexvoria provides professional services that include, but are not limited to:

  • ERP consulting and support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

  • Power BI analytics and dashboard development

  • Automation, integrations, and custom solutions

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

  • Fix Packs, weekend, and emergency support

  • Training and advisory services

These services involve custom work, professional effort, time allocation, and intellectual expertise.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:

  • All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced

  • This includes advance payments, milestone payments, AMC fees, and one-time service charges

  • No refunds will be provided for unused hours, partial usage, or change of mind

3. Scope-Based Revisions (Not Refunds)

If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable:

  • Nexvoria will provide reasonable revisions only within the originally agreed scope

  • Revisions do not include scope expansion or new requirements

  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances

4. Third-Party Dependencies

Nexvoria is not responsible for refunds arising due to:

  • Third-party software issues (including Microsoft platform updates or limitations)

  • Client system restrictions or access delays

  • External outages, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events

5. Cancellations

  • Clients may request cancellation of future or ongoing services in writing

  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund for payments already made

  • Services already delivered or in progress will be billed in full

6. Billing Disputes

Any billing concerns must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the invoice.
