This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, engagements, and payments made to Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited (“Nexvoria”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website, proposals, invoices, or direct communication.

All services involve customized professional effort, time allocation, technical expertise, and intellectual input based on client-specific requirements.
Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:
Once resources are allocated or work has begun, payments are considered fully earned.
Payments made prior to service commencement are used for resource planning, scheduling, and commitment of availability.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, such payments are also non-refundable.
Any exception must be approved in writing by Nexvoria and shall be entirely at Nexvoria’s discretion.

Any billing concerns or disputes must be raised in writing within 7 (seven) days of invoice issuance.
Failure to raise a dispute within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the invoice and charges.
