This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, engagements, and payments made to Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited (“Nexvoria”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website, proposals, invoices, or direct communication.

1. Nature of Services

Nexvoria provides professional, consulting, and support services including, but not limited to:

  • ERP consulting and support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Power BI analytics and dashboard development
  • Automation, integrations, and custom solutions
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Fix packs, weekend, and emergency support
  • Training and advisory services

All services involve customized professional effort, time allocation, technical expertise, and intellectual input based on client-specific requirements.

2. No-Refund Policy

Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:

  • All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced
  • This includes advance payments, milestone payments, AMC fees, retainers, and one-time service charges
  • No refunds will be provided for unused hours, partial usage, scope changes, or change of business decision

Once resources are allocated or work has begun, payments are considered fully earned.

3. Payments Before Service Commencement

Payments made prior to service commencement are used for resource planning, scheduling, and commitment of availability.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, such payments are also non-refundable.

Any exception must be approved in writing by Nexvoria and shall be entirely at Nexvoria’s discretion.

4. Scope-Based Revisions (Not Refunds)

If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable:

  • Nexvoria may provide reasonable revisions only within the originally agreed scope
  • Revisions do not include scope expansion, new requirements, or additional deliverables
  • Revisions do not entitle the client to any monetary refund or fee reduction

5. Third-Party Dependencies & Limitations

No refunds shall be issued for issues arising from:

  • Third-party software or platform limitations (including Microsoft products or updates)
  • Client system restrictions, access delays, or data unavailability
  • External outages, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events

Nexvoria does not control third-party platforms or client environments.

6. Cancellations

  • Clients may request cancellation of future services by providing written notice
  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for payments already made
  • Services already delivered, in progress, or scheduled will be billed in full

7. Billing Disputes

Any billing concerns or disputes must be raised in writing within 7 (seven) days of invoice issuance.

Failure to raise a dispute within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the invoice and charges.
