• Power BI analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Excel, VBA, and reporting automation
• Workflow automation and system integrations
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Weekend, emergency, and pay-per-incident support services The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service conditions shall be governed exclusively by written proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA), or invoices mutually agreed upon with the client.

3. Use of the Website

Nexvoria shall not be responsible for delays, errors, losses, or failures arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed client inputs or third-party system dependencies.

Nexvoria provides advisory, consulting, and technical services based on professional judgment and experience.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business, financial, operational, or regulatory outcomes
• Error-free performance of third-party platforms (including Microsoft products)
• Continuous uptime, availability, or future system performance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Nexvoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Nexvoria’s total cumulative liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
